Great job by Ric introducing me to the new generation vehicle called Nissan Leaf. Explanation of all features was outstanding. Per our request, Ric was happy to pull out another Leaf with different interior for us to make a call on interior selection. Overall experience was brilliant. We entered the dealership to checkout affordable cars. We checked out Nissan Leaf as an alternative. Mark was very courteous and he showed and explained all the features and advantages of electric car. He offered a great price to lease the car. With 3 rounds of negotiations we closed the deal on the same day. One thing of concern was about going over all the numbers during the negotiaition.which we did not do. Keith was great, very prompt and professional when I came into the dealership. He recognized my time constraints as a working mom and was willing to do the negotiating over email until we found a payment that worked for me. Patrick in financing was also very good and pleasant to work with.
An error was made on the car pulled for me, I would up paying more for my car than I originally agreed to. This leave me unsettled.
Very good experience with a very good salesman.
Keith was incredible. He really took the time to go over information with me- and worked with me in regards to what my expectations were.
I felt that it was really laid back. And the customer service was very good because I was able to try out the cars I wanted and felt my business was wanted. I would come back again for a future purchase. Randy was really easy to deal with and I felt no pressure to buy.
