Very Bad Customer Service. My Altima is having Rattling noise and I went to get it checked, they said its the Heat Shield and charged me to fix it. The Noise never went away. I went it again and to my horror they said the Suspension is broken. Ok, if the suspension is broken what the heck you fixed in the heat shield and charged me? Trying to be smart or what? Very very Bad Lack of Honesty And integrity.

We appreciated the lack of high pressure sales, as we had done our homework about the Nissan Leaf; but it was great as Kyle knew a lot about them and taught us quite a bit. Kyle and Jimmy were really great to deal with, and leasing turned out to be a great option for us.

They dont respect their quote. Dont waste your time by going here. Its a high tension process here of buying car, nothing is worth this much tension. I talked on phone with Randy and agreed on a price for Altima. He said he can definitely do that. I confirmed twice with him. When I went down I had to wait one hour as it was Friday evening and there were other customers he was talking to. After waiting one hour, he deviated from his price and gave me new quote which was $2k more than what we agreed on phone with blah blah rea... read more

It was a friendly experience. Typical buying (leasing in our case) process of working with a salesperson and then some back and forth to Finance to get approval, etc. Not much has changed in that respect in buying cars since I was a kid. But it wasn't bad -- just lengthy. Considering we had to get the car charged up, that added to the time, so I can't complain. Melvin was great, and so was Jimmy when we went through the paperwork.
