Since moving away from home I have never visited one dentist more than twice. I was never satisfied with my care. I went to 9th east dental mostly because there was a good deal going, but as long as I am in Provo that is where I will go. Their care was excellent and everything about the experience was just good. They were very professional and addressed all my questions and concerns and really took interest in me.

I am a very busy person so I really appreciate the communication through email, text and phone calls to remind me of my upcoming appointments. On our last visit my 8yr old son needed his tooth pulled which we least expected. The staff was so nice and positive which made my son calm and ready to be brave. The best part about it was that I am part of discount policy which made the procedure very affordable.

The staff ensures the appointment times are punctual; I rarely wait for long for a cleaning to start. The cleanings are always done well and everyone seems really nice.

My experience was great here! I had specific concerns about my teeth and they addressed them all going above and beyond. They worked with my insurance ahead of time and noticed my wisdom teeth coming in so they gave me a specific quote with my insurance to get them out there, and the information and images I'd need to get them out elsewhere. All in all a great experience.

Great, thorough service. They are the only dental provider that I trust. (I've had bad experiences with feeling like dentists hustling me to get fillings, etc.) Ninth East dental is very transparent with the services they provide you, showing you exactly what they are doing and explaining why.

I've been going to ninth east dental for a little over a year, they are amazing the staff has always been nice and informative. They always make sure all my questions and concerns are addressed. They really made sure I was comfortable, and had no paid while having my two crowns and deep cleaning done. I'm a single mom and money is tight, so I was impressed with their discounts they offer for cash clients when you pay in full. I look forward to my next check up!

Everyone at Ninth East Dental is kind, friendly, and super helpful! I recently had my wisdom teeth extracted and Dr. Huang was very patient and helped me overcome my pre-surgery anxiety. Anytime I call with questions, the receptionists are cheerful and eager to help. Both Dr. Huang and Dr. Preston have great bedside manners, take the time to explain the procedures, and are willing to answer any questions asked. This is an amazing dentist. They explain what they are doing and why the do it so you never wonder what's going on. It helps to make you feel more comfortable. They are kind, Patient, and very competent.
