Staff is knowledgeable, and kind. Dental work is completed properly and in a timely manner. 9th East Dental goes above and beyond to help visitors feel comfortable and relaxed during the visit.

I am always pleased with my experiences at 9th east dental! The front office staff, dental assistants, and doctors are all very pleasant. Sometimes, I leave feeling guilty for my poor gum health, but I know the dental assistant has my best interest in mind.

Since moving away from home I have never visited one dentist more than twice. I was never satisfied with my care. I went to 9th east dental mostly because there was a good deal going, but as long as I am in Provo that is where I will go. Their care was excellent and everything about the experience was just good. They were very professional and addressed all my questions and concerns and really took interest in me.

The staff ensures the appointment times are punctual; I rarely wait for long for a cleaning to start. The cleanings are always done well and everyone seems really nice.

Great, thorough service. They are the only dental provider that I trust. (I've had bad experiences with feeling like dentists hustling me to get fillings, etc.) Ninth East dental is very transparent with the services they provide you, showing you exactly what they are doing and explaining why.

I've been going to ninth east dental for a little over a year, they are amazing the staff has always been nice and informative. They always make sure all my questions and concerns are addressed. They really made sure I was comfortable, and had no paid while having my two crowns and deep cleaning done. I'm a single mom and money is tight, so I was impressed with their discounts they offer for cash clients when you pay in full. I look forward to my next check up!

This is an amazing dentist. They explain what they are doing and why the do it so you never wonder what's going on. It helps to make you feel more comfortable. They are kind, Patient, and very competent.

Overall, this has been the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. Dentist visits have always made me anxious, but I immediately felt comfortable at ninth east dental. Dr. Preston was awesome, and took the time to explain the xrays and show me problem areas, as well as detail the procedures that would be done. I've never had a dentist be so transparent about every detail of the process. I felt very informed. Everyone took the time to explain what they were doing or what I was looking at. That was a refreshing change from some other dentists I have seen.
