I have loved getting my teeth cleaned at this office! My previous dentist was rough on my teeth, and allowed a cavity to grow into a huge problem. But going to Ninth East Dental, they took care of my cavity, provided a pain-free dental experience, and have all been so friendly and accomodating. I wish I could take them out of state with me when I move! Also, they provide patient education when they talk to you about problems--that is invaluable to me!
It is such a comfort to know that the dental health of my family is in such good hands. I don't worry any more that we are going to miss something or have any major problems down the road. I have complete confidence that issue will be identified and resolved well in advance.
I recently visited with Ninth East Dental for my 6-month check-up. The staff and Doctor who attended to me were friendly, informative, efficient, and knowledgeable. They seemed to use all of the newest equipment and techniques. The entire process was painless and bordered-on enjoyable. I can't wait to get a cavity to see what that will be like at this office.
It was a pleasure to hear what I was doing right, instead of dwelling on deficiencies. You catch more flies with honey than vinegar. I am more motivated with positive reinforcement.
You guys are great! I felt totally comfortable. The dentist was really nice and really good at what he does. For the first time ever getting a filling didn't hurt at all!
My overall experience with 9th East was fantastic. The staff was great and my comfort was their top priority. 9th East is definitely my favorite dentist office.
I really liked the new technology. The dental hygienist was very thorough and helpful. He clearly explained where I needed to brush to clean places I previously missed. He was also helpful in explaining what kind of toothpaste was better, and offered different cleaning options for me based on my limited budget. i've never liked going to the dentist. i've had a couple bad ones and i came to ninth east dental from a bad one to get a second opinion and i wont go anywhere else now. great place.
