It is such a comfort to know that the dental health of my family is in such good hands. I don't worry any more that we are going to miss something or have any major problems down the road. I have complete confidence that issue will be identified and resolved well in advance.

My overall experience with 9th East was fantastic. The staff was great and my comfort was their top priority. 9th East is definitely my favorite dentist office.

I really liked the new technology. The dental hygienist was very thorough and helpful. He clearly explained where I needed to brush to clean places I previously missed. He was also helpful in explaining what kind of toothpaste was better, and offered different cleaning options for me based on my limited budget. I thought it was very informative and beneficial, and I appreciated the help! I also liked that Netflix and Hulu is available while work was done on my teeth. That made the experience great! I was impressed with ninth east dental from the very beginning. The receptionist who took my phone call was incredibly kind and knowledgable about what I could expect and insurance policies. When I actually went in for my appointment the receptionist greeted me kindly, asked if I would like some water, and I was taken back by an assistant quickly. All of my trips to the office have been great. Courtney is usually my hygienist and is always very friendly and helpful. I feel like my teeth have been in better shape than they ever have. My wife has also switched over to Ninth East Dental.

I'd had a toothache from a previous filling for a couple of weeks when I finally decided to have it looked at. Ninth East Dental was able to fit me in right away. They did a few different tests and concluded that the filling needed to be refilled. I assumed I'd have to come back in on another day, but they said they could do it right then. My tooth has been totally fine since! Great, quick service.
