I love how friendly and happy the staff are! I am never comfortable at the dentist, but they changed that. They took my mind off the operations with the convenient TV and were very thorough when talking to me about my needs and options.
The staff and physicians are very friendly. They were so kind to answer all of my questions. I appreciate how thorough the cleanings and exams are. I liked how the staff explained to me in detail what my teeth looked like and what needed to happen. I feel that their pricing is fair.
Thanks for your service. You really are the best dentist I have been to. I have already referred like 8 people who now go to you and I'll keep recommending people to you. Also, thanks for the movie tickets and Rita's!
I would say that I love Ninth East Dental. I have always enjoyed their service, honesty and quality work. They use up-to-date technology and are friendly, helpful and not pushy or untrustworthy.
I came from very bad dental experiences, I heard a friend said Ninth East Dental was great. I decided to try, and it was great for me as well. Doctors Huang and their staff were fantastic, very kind, respectuful and listened to all my concerns. I like to understand what is going on and why they do what they do in the treatments and Dr Huang is great at explaining everything. I am very grateful.
Very nice interaction with my dentist. His assistant was super friendly as well. The front desk worker was very friendly and explained the charges clearly.
Dr. Preston is very relaxed and friendly, as is the rest of the staff. I feel like a friend going to their home rather than a dentists office. They do an excellent job with all their procedures (I have friends that have had surgeries and braces done here), and are very accommodating with any problems you may have afterward!
My husband and I love Ninth East Dental. We never have to sit very long, they are very good about remembering what's been happening in our lives since we last visited, and they are really friendly. They are very good about telling us exactly how our teeth are doing, and they always have our insurance figured out and billed correctly.
Everyone on my visit was incredibly kind and helpful. There was no doubt in my mind as to the professionalism displayed by the staff. They took a very in-depth approach to me personally and the care given to me. I love ninth east and would absolutely recommend them!
