I love the staff. First came due for drug testing. Been coming now for years. Enjoy making an appointment online and able to walk in and be seen. Thank you from me and my family. Keep doing what you do. Blessings
Very fast! Doctor was nice, helpfull, and highly skilled! Positive experience! Will come back if needed!
Staff was very rude! Sometimes they will bill your copay to you sometimes they won't. I asked for my copay to be billed to me since they've done it the past and I was very close to meeting my out of pocket. The lady at the front counter said no and wanted to charge me for the full visit ($160) even though I had insurance and my copay was only $75. So now it's been a month and 2 visits. I'm still waiting for a refund for a partial copay and a full copay.
Super grateful for Dr. Chan! The wait is never really bad, although I don't go on weekends and pick late at night or during the day when people are at work or school. But he is super nice and sweet and has a soft caring about him. As a former nurse, great to see such good care and bedside manner! Seen him twice and another Dr(can't remember name) but also nice! Cheap, fast, and good care! I'm a fan .
Have never had a bad experience here. The Doctors are awesome and very good with kids. Would definitely recommend their check in service online before you go though, it makes the wait a lot less to be seen.
