Lover's lane location, Dallas. Needed a work letter to determine for any restrictions. When I contacted them (next day after treatment) they asked that I return, pay for another visit just to get a letter. Incredible. If the doctor was unable to determine that during the examination, they he did a sloppy job, which makes his treatments/medications questionable. Not only unprofessional, but utterly unethical and unprofessional. Staff was confrontational and hostile.

great place good doctors
Everyone was very nice, but it’s now going on day 20 since my covid test with no call back. I did make a follow up call a week after my test, and the response was, “we’re too busy getting people in to call everyone back as soon as the results come in.” She told me that they didn’t have my results before even asking what my name was. I was promised multiple times that everyone gets a call back, whether it’s positive or negative, so I guess I can assume that I haven’t died yet.
Ikisha and Tina were very nice and helpful! They answered all my questions.
Came in last Saturday 7/18/2020 for treatment of a infection. Was prescribed 7 days of antibiotics by Robert Strong. Was told if they don't work he would prescribed something else. I finished the prescription yesterday and my infection wasn't cleared up. I called today 7/26/2020 to have some else prescribed but was told on the phone they wouldn't fill a different prescription as it has been 10 days since I was seen. Be more polite to the elderly when they come in and on the phone. This place was everything but urgent. 15 days and still no results. Where are you sending these to the lab at? CHINA?
Do not go here for Covid testing. They will not tell you until after the test is complete that it takes 7-12 business days for results. I took at at home test provided by labcorp that came back within 4 business days. I had a cousin also go to this clinic, they were told one time frame which changed after the test was given. Sadly, that tells me they only care about getting paid for the tests. If you're truly concerned about your results, go elsewhere.

Hello Paul, we try to tell every, patient before they are swabbed, what the turnaround time is. We do not get paid for the tests. We use Quest Laboratory and they are currently testing 55% of the patients across the United States.
