Have never had a bad experience here. The Doctors are awesome and very good with kids. Would definitely recommend their check in service online before you go though, it makes the wait a lot less to be seen.
I 'm not from this area but I was working on Base setting up for and LHI event when I cut my hand. I found this place with my GPS/smartphone. It was great I thought I would be there forever but I was not. The staff was great. Thanks for getting me in an out.
Very disappointed in nextcare ... Near old navy in Fayetteville. I went in over a week ago with strep like symptoms... And with no testing was diagnosed with a case of "the crud"... And to come back if I didn't feel better in a week. I feel worse now... Went back in like I was told to... In worse shape... And I still have to pay a co-pay!? I guess my first visit was "on me".....
While visiting in the area, I became quite ill. Unfamiliar with medical assistance here, I looked for a walk in style urgent care. I used the NextCare WAHOO service (Wait At Home Or Office) to book a time and was given a text message when to arrive. Within the hour I got a text advising me to come in. Upon arrival I was greeted promptly by "George" . The staff was very courteous! They were very busy but everyone was seemed to enjoy working there. I was called to triage within minutes of checking in!! Much better than waiting in the ED for several hours!! I was seen by Mr. Clancy PA, he was very knowledgable, kind and caring!! I would recommend NextCare to everyone!?
Called for appointment was told to come in at 1230. Came in they say we have no appt you must have been scheduled by the call center.states it is a new system apparently it does not work for someone e in Arizona to schedule appt in fayetteville nc. It is 130 and we are still waiting. Meanwhile other people are being seen who came in after us. Never come back here. I known have to wait anywhere but told u have appt then see everyone else first. My money will go somewhere else!#!
