Waited a little while to go back. But when we went back. The PA was quick, but thorough. I saw a different PA the next day. And he also was good. Anytime I come to Fayetteville and need to see a Dr, I'll be coming here. Everyone was nice that worked there that we came in contact with.
Great people, nice and friendly. Even though it was my first visit there they made me feel very welcome. Service was great and even though they are an Urgent Care they took time with me as a patient. They got it right and a day later I am feeling better.
People were nice...they took care of me within 30 mins....will go back when I need.
Staff is always friendly, a handful of providers are good..., however the online check in service needs serious improvement. Had an appointment, then received 2 texts saying they were running behind ok cool its cold an rainy I'm sure very busy. Then got another saying it would be 50 more minutes so I fixed my kids lunch soon as they were eating I got another message saying come to appt, made kids stop eating got half way there an got a text pushing the appt back another 30+ minutes. The check out ladies were nice and worked with us, didn't take long for my mom to be seen and the Dr was amazing!
Everyone is really nice I was seen quickly and Bethany at the front desk was super super nice!! George was very helpful and nice as well!
