We were there a while (4.5hrs) but that was due to short staffing. The nice thing was the staff did not have an elderly 94 year old woman wait her 2+hour walk in time. They saw her 1st and she was out in 10-20minutss.
While getting diagnosed with the flu today wasn't great, Dr: Johnson, the nurses, and the front staff were very attentive today.
Scheduled a appointment same day online, about 2 hours later I was on my way. Friendly staff & got me in & out even though they were packed! I'd go back
every time I go here I have to wait 30+ minutes in the exam room to be seen and then at least 10 more in the waiting room for check-out when the actual exam takes about 5-10 min??
In and out with no problems, staff and service was great
Hate being sick but nextcare made it easy and great friendly staff
