I was a walk-in at 9:20 am, waited until 11:30am to get into a room. PA was thorough checking for strep, then flu, then white blood cell count to see if what I was experiencing was bacterial or viral. Unfortunately it was viral and there was absolutely nothing that could be done except lots of fluids and wait it out, left around 1:30 pm. I think the $75 charge to be seen (even though I’ve got BCBS) was Fair considering the tests they ran as well. I had a great experience at Nextcare Urgent Care! I arrived at 7:55a and while waiting in the parking lot I was able to check in online at 8a. I was called back 6mins later to check vitals and shortly after that was being examined by the doctor and had an x-ray completed all under 1hr. Fast, friendly and excellent service!!! Continue being the BEST in class!!!
This is the first time I've ever used Nexcare, and I have to say I was extremely pleased with the staff and the care I received. Tonight I walked in with a monster of a migraine, and was taken back and treated in less than 30 minutes of walking through the door. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for showing me such compassion, and relieving my pain so quickly.
