I was charged with out of network provider cost , which I was never been informed before provide the service.
Do not come here for COVID testing. They are extremely slow. Took the test and then made stated had to “wait for a provider” when stated did not want to see provider would just wait for results stated they would throw out test. Almost 3 hours later (with appointment) still waiting!!!
This used to be an awesome location, and staff, but it has gone way, and I mean way down hill! There’s no need to make an appointment, you’ll just end up waiting! My last time coming here!
Showed up to the clinic for a COVID19 test at 9am this morning. They took my information and told me to wait in my vehicle until they called me. I called at 10:40am to ask where I was on the list. They told me 6th. Waited another 45 min when I went in the building and was told I as next to wait in my car for the text. My husband came to your clinic on Monday for a COVID test and we have called the past 3 days for the results (it is Saturday) and we have only been told that someone will call us with the results and we've still never received a phone call. I cannot go back to work until I know his results. My husband cannot go back to work until he gets his results. have you not called us back because you lost his results?
