We used wahoo just so the 5 year old could be seen for a physical. Made the time for 430 but yet we have been waiting an hour. Your prices are awesome but your services are terrible. Next time I will come in as a walk in.
Used the WAHOO service. Still had to wait AN HOUR before they told me that my insurance wouldn't cover my visit - which is BS, because according to my paperwork from my employer, my copay should have been $10. Reception staff was completely useless. I left and I'm still unable to breathe. That's a hour of my life I'll never get back.
