Actually listen to patients when they say they are in pain and not dismiss it. When someone age 60 comes in with fever, nausea, aches, etc.. and asks for a covid test, don't tell them their symptoms don't meet the criteria. Electronically process their RX within an hour, not 8 hours later when they are pain meds! Unacceptable!
My wife took a COVID test June 5th and we still do not have results.
One our our employees was sent to this urgent care for an injury. After evaluation they said he needed a CT. We scheduled a CT and they forgot to send the paperwork over and we contacted NextCare so they could send the paperwork over and they said the employee did not need a CT. The NextCare rep said well maybe the other employee said that, but he no longer needs a CT. We asked to speak to a manager and they said their manager is not in very often and we would have to leave a message and she would get back to us within a wee... read more

RecommendedAll three ladies were tremendous!!!! The lady up front the nurse and the doctor were the best thing since popcorn!!! Professional and extremely helpful!!! I, now , wish I k ew their names.
We did the online check-in almost 24 hours in advance for Covid-19 swab and antibody testing. We are healthcare workers and want to know how we stand as far as possible asymptomatic infection and/or history of infection. We arrived at the designated time only to be told they weren't doing Covid tests that day due to "Provider Preference". This is unacceptable.
