RecommendedIs it acceptable to send a fruit basket? Maybe that church place near by can do a basket? The staff seemed overwhelmed by the extra crazy people are bringing. They didn't have any of the rapid result nose swabs available but were able to do the antibody test. Fair enough. The wait time was a bit crazy but I expected things to be crazy here. I was there over a year ago and was told that I was paid in full and should be fine. I even looked at my explanation of benefits to make sure that everything matched correctly. A year and three months later, I am charged more money on my credit card without my authorization or a courtesy call to let me know I still owed some money. I did like the medical providers there, but do not appreciate the billing aspects.
I’m not one to make reviews but I don’t recommend this urgent care at all. Been here for 2 hours in my car waiting for my 1 year old to just get her vitals taken after telling them she’s had a high fever for the past 3 days. I’ve watched plenty of people pull up and get seen and leave and they still haven’t checked her. Everytime I call the receptionist is rude and hangs up fast or says “you’re next. 10 minutes” another 30 minutes later and my daughter still hasn’t even gotten seen by 1 doctor.
Terrible service!!! Front office staff ! Rude !!! App stated waiting people in line 0 and we waited 5 hours to be seen!!! Do not come to this location !!
I have been waiting a week for test results and have been told the last 3 days someone will call me at the end of the day! I'm still waiting for that call, I call and goes to VM! Ridiculous!

Let me say how completely irate I am at the experience I just had here. I made my daughter an appointment to get an X-ray on a possible stress fracture she has been dealing with for over a month. I made it at this location specifically because they were not seeing covid patients. Our appointment was at 4:30 and after waiting an hour we watched 3 different people walk in with Covid symptoms wanting to get tested and all 3 were allowed to stay and get tested.
