OMG! If I could give Next Practice a 10/5 I so would! Every time I go in the staff are always so attentive and always have a smile on their face! Always such a warm welcoming. What makes it better is when I speak to my doctor about anything they are always listening to my concerns and always discussing multiple options not just one. They are always looking to put me first! Overall an amazing place and just makes a visit that could be awkward feel so welcoming and comfortable! 10/10!
All the staff are lovely and welcoming! They are very attentive to patient's needs. The practice is clean and has a warm, welcoming environment. :)
Next practice at Deakin is filled with extremely gentle and caring staff. As I entered the practice for my appointment I was welcomed by a patient advocate who checked me in made me feel comfortable.
