As a visitor to Key West, I wanted to find a place to exercise. Next Hot Yoga was close to our resort so I thought I’d give it a try. I’d never done hot yoga before, so I was totally out of my comfort zone!!! I was welcomed by instructors and the yogis. It was an awesome workout!!! The instructors were so thorough on cues and alignments. I felt I learned more in the month I was there than the last few years of doing yoga. Can’t wait to go back next year!!!
I’ve done yoga off and on through the years. The instructor was great guiding a few of us smoothly through our first Bikram class. I’ll be back!!
Wanna work some kinks out in your life? Michelle, Aryn, and Tara are great teachers to help you and Next Hot Yoga is your studio. A great group of people comes to this studio, and there is a great sense of community that is growing. I am excited to take classes here at NHY because I know that I am going to get a great class around great people. The studio also has a great selection of classes, such as 90-60 min Bikram, pyroPilates, Barre, Vinyasa, Gentle Flow and Power Flow. See ya there!
