Excellent installer. ***** was so efficient and mindful of noise and mess. Was also very nice and wanted to be sure I was happy. Shower rod was issue as a defect in product and they immediately reordered. Very satisfied

***** from NewPro was A#1! He was on time, worked quietly (except for the concrete/tile removal unavoidable!), clean, responsive to my questions, professional, worked non-stop from 8am to 4:30pm and he went the extra mile to replace tiles on the other side of the wall that fell when deconstructing the old shower! Id hire him in a heartbeat but I only have one shower it looks fantastic! Cant wait to use it after the final sealant dries!

Newpro representative ** ****** was early to fix the connection between the tub faucet and shower head. He was efficient in changing the the old tub faucet. That restored the connection to the shower head
