Al was professional and efficient. He listened to my concerns and took notes and pictures of the problem area.
This review is pertaining to the employees. We had two visits from New Pro to install new windows in our home. Both crews were exceptional. ******** and **** crushed 14 windows in 8 hours and left the house tidy afterwards. They were considerate of our cat in the home. ***** and ****** came back for the second visit to replace a window that had broken in transit during the first visit (no one's fault). They were polite and able to accommodate my schedule.
***** B was on time for our appointment and worked efficiently and professionally. He answered all of our questions and left us feeling confident that our issue was resolved. Would definitely recommend Newpro to anyone!

Recently had NEWPRO service on our NEWPRO shower due to small issues. ** ******, tech, was awesome. Repaired the issue that I had called about...and a few things I didn't know about. Courteous, Professional, and very knowledgeable. Once again I am very happy that we had NEWPRO install our shower.
