My wife ****** recently became handicapped and can't walk. Yesterday NEWPRO completed a new bathtub to walk in shower conversion. The installer, ***************************, did a marvelous job and completed the entire job in one day!!! My wife is in a wheelchair and she asked me three times last night to wheel her into the bathroom to take another look.I'm very happy and my wife is thrilled. Many thanks to the NEWPRO team!!!

We thought having NEWPRO install our windows would be a breeze after reading reviews. Surprise, the quality of the workmanship was poor at best. A one day installation turned into our house being open and in disarray for over a month. Inside finish work was terrible and we are still trying to fix things. They used poor materials and left all the painting for us to do. Buy the paint, call what we could, prime and then paint. We were told by one of the crew bosses that he would talk to his supervisor and try and get us a break... read more
