Newpro did an outstanding renovation in replacing our tub and the surrounding wall. On my first use i noticed the fixed shower head was a bit too high for me to *****. I called their service number abd ***** came over the next morning n installed a shower extention bar n fixed my issue. That is also outstanding custmer service.

In September 2021, I reached out to NewPro to replace my windows. In August 2022, I began noticing water damage at the site of the installation I assumed it was due to the storms. However, this water damage began to be more prevalent. Finally, in April 2025, I reached out to the building manager for our condos for help. She and her contractor inspected the damage and confirmed it was caused by faulty windows and poor installation done by Newpro.
