Newpro representative ** ****** was early to fix the connection between the tub faucet and shower head. He was efficient in changing the the old tub faucet. That restored the connection to the shower head
****** was very professional at our home and did a great job replacing our bay window. I highly recommend him as an asset to your company. The bay window replacement looks better than ever.
Your tech ***** was amazing. He was all by himself worked really hard !!!! Very reliable, extremely polite always communicated with us. He truly is an asset to your company !!!!!! He did a beautiful professional job, he worked from the minute he got to our house!!!! No breaks even tho we told him to. You are lucky to have him as a representative of your company!!!!

** ****** was the technician that came today to replace the grout in our Newpro installed shower. He was very friendly and took the time to explain to me how to better prevent mold from getting into the grout with a recommended safe to use cleaning product. He also went above and beyond and sealed spots that hadnt previously been sealed.
We had a walk in shower installed by NEWPRO and are thrilled with it! One of the shelves became loose and we called to have someone take a look. ** ******, service tech, came out to look at it. He not only reattached the loose shelf, he inspected ALL the caulking in the shower and replaced anything that was not to his liking. Talk about service that goes above and beyond!! We are extremely happy with NEWPRO and ** ******.
***************** did a wonderful job resealing our shower today he also recommended a vinigar cleaner I didnt know about. He was very professional and knowledgeable
Excellent experience! I had my exterior doors replaced and not only was the sales process quick and easy, but they were ready well ahead of schedule and the install took just a day. They are beautiful. The installer was very helpful and our salesman checked in afterwards to ask how it went. It was a great experience and I will keep NewPro in mind for any other house updates I have planned.
