My wife ****** recently became handicapped and can't walk. Yesterday NEWPRO completed a new bathtub to walk in shower conversion. The installer, ***************************, did a marvelous job and completed the entire job in one day!!! My wife is in a wheelchair and she asked me three times last night to wheel her into the bathroom to take another look.I'm very happy and my wife is thrilled. Many thanks to the NEWPRO team!!!

We thought having NEWPRO install our windows would be a breeze after reading reviews. Surprise, the quality of the workmanship was poor at best. A one day installation turned into our house being open and in disarray for over a month. Inside finish work was terrible and we are still trying to fix things. They used poor materials and left all the painting for us to do. Buy the paint, call what we could, prime and then paint. Very professional, quality materials, friendly installer. ***** did great job start to finish, insured he protected his pathways and cleaned up afterwards. In on time and completed my bath to shower conversion in one day.
We decided that the time had come to upgrade our bathroom with a walk-in shower and selected Newpro to complete the conversion. The conversion which was recently completed,exceeded all of our expectations. The materials used were top notch and the craftsmanship exhibited by Newpro installer ******* ******** was a ten out of ten.
*************************** is very thorough and amazing to work with.
We had our old porcelain tub with a bath fitter unit removed and a new walk in shower installed by New Pro. We were pleased with the fact that the process went smoothly and exactly as it had been presented by the salesman. Second time using NEWPRO for replacement windows and very satisfied. Windows are excellent quality. ***** and *******, the installation techs, were efficient, friendly, and did a wonderful job!
Weve had Newpro replace all of our windows in our home and they did a beautiful job. Yesterday 6/5/24 we had them come back and install a walk-in **** for us. We are so pleased with the job they did for us again. We will be using this company again in the future. A special shout out to the installer whose name was *****.
