I had new windows installed April 2023 and was initially satisfied with them. Fast forward to November ************************************ from around the windows. My living room was colder than what I experienced with my old windows. They have been out to my house but have not been able to resolve the issue. In addition, the color of the outdoor trim was surpose to be cocoa to match the other windows in my condo complex. Instead there are two colors noted, one being the cocoa.
