We love our NEWPRO bay windows! ********************** and **** did a great job replacing the bedroom window. **** and *** did a great job on the living room window. We will use NEWPRO again.

WARNING!!! This company was an absolute nightmare. They did NOT deliver any of the bathroom solutions as advertised. The work performed was horrible. There were mistakes after mistakes and just terrible craftsmanship. After 4 attempts of delivering what was promised, I have had to hire a lawyer to cover the costs if re-hiring a new company to now fix the mess in my bathroom.
As a former contractor I am very particular. *********************** was my PM, and ******, Issak and their crew were my ******* and installers. It was a sizable job replacing siding and rot on my home. My experience of many years comes into play being hyper sensitive to workplace protocol. Here is where these gentlemen excelled. 1. All the people with whom we had any contact were great to work with . ******, our contact in the office, was super helpful, especially when we had to move the date more than once because of other work in our home. She was so friendly and accommodating. **** and ****, who installed our shower, were fabulous and we love our shower! They communicated with us about everything they were doing. **** went above and beyond to assure that we were happy with everything. Thank you all!
