I'm so happy with my new shower! My installer *************************************** was amazing. He was on time and very professional. He was very respectful of my home and made sure everything was clean when he left. He did an absolute perfect job. The plumber they sent to update the pipes, *****************, was really nice and he also did a great job. If I could give my experience from start to finish 6 stars I would!
We had our windows installed in 2008. They are amazing and if we had any problems NewPro was out the next day to fix it. Would highly recommend them to anyone. We are having our shower replaced by NewPro now.

Avoid Newpro - 15 month nightmare -Contracted for replacement shower June 2022 - pricey but the promised 1-2 day installation sold us. 14 months of frustration later, August 2023, we finally had a non-leaking shower, along with a replastered ceiling in our dining room below. First time the shower was used it leaked into the dining room below. On arrival for first rebuild (months later) they didnt have the correct pan.
