Arrived on as scheduled, Installed protection material over areas to be traveled with the debris- Tub to Walkin Shower conversion went beautifully. Love this finished product. Neat job done in one (1) day, Can't wait to use it. Only thing was the adhesive smell overnight but thats to be exspected. Get what you pay for. Excellent workers. Thanks Newpro and hopefully no issues when I take my next shower.
*************************** went over and beyond stay with me for hours, helped out every witch way, and I will not have windows if it wasnt for him. I recommend his service to everyone and I will recommend it to friends and family as many window people that came here probably dealt with almost 10No one came close to his hospitality and his service. I wish I could give him 10 stars.
*********************** did a great job installing our shower door. He knew what he was doing, was very professional and friendly to boot! He does credit to NewPro. This was a follow-up to a tub to walk-in shower conversion, which despite some challenges was also handled very professionally. NewPro is expensive, but our project was more complex than most and they did a good job.
I declined their offered services and have been called everyday at least 3 times a day. I'm sick of the harassment.

Great job installing the windows. It was supposed to be a two day job. But it was done in only one. Great guys and awesome job.
This guy is the real deal,I'm a self employed business owner ..I've been in the field for 30 years so I have been around contractors and installers and **** is the real deal .He advised me to wait and remove some tiles (which were not part of the original plan)that's another story but the fact that he mentioned you should wait get this rile out of your way prior to installing the I think it will be cleaner and I'm sure you will be happier........and he was spot on he cleaned up everything and you would not know he was even h... read more
I am trying to give a shout out to ******************* who installed my shower in June. He was awesome, very professional and an amazing worker. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. I have tried three times to give him an excellent recommendation and three times I failed. New Pro does not make this process easy for those of us who are not technological wizards.
***** came out to correct a mold issue with the corking at the base where the wall and shower floor come together. It looks brand new
