He was very knowledgeable about the Newpro products (doors in our case), and was able to make excellent suggestions for approaches we would not otherwise have thought of. He worked quickly but carefully, and we did not ever feel undue pressure.. Overall, we rate him very highly.
Where do I start. The only good part of this company is the sales. They sold me a bunch of lies. After the sales it has been a nightmare of nobody returning calls, lies and the product and install was terrible. My wife already wrote a review but now I'm doing one also. This process started October of 2022 and is still going on with no resolve. I started dealing with a different person and then found out they don't work there anymore. Six months back, we had the pleasure of engaging Newpro for a roofing and gutter project at our home. While they successfully installed a new roof and gutter system around most of the house, some extension areas - specifically the sunroom and front entrance terrace roof - were left without proper drainage solutions.
