Newpro installed a new tub and surround. My Design Comsultant was ***************************** who was a big help with picking out what I wanted. Then we have ******************************* who did the amazing installation. He did a wonderful job. Arrived on time and cleaned up when he left. Absolutely love my new bath. I highly recommend Newpro.
This review and rating are for a post-installation service call. I had a tub-to-shower conversion done by NewPro in March.******************* came to fix a loose plate behind the shower on/off handle. He also reinforced a small section of caulking around my new walk-in shower.He was very competent, knew what he was doing, pleasant and very positive. **** came to my home to assist with an issue I had. He was professional, courteous and took the time to explain what caused the issue. I received a call prior to his arrival letting me know he was on his way. Great service.
New Windows and Doors installed last week 5/8-5/12 Superior Quality and Installation. ****** and his Helper were professional and cleaned up everyday. They were there 9/10hrs everyday had to remove siding and everything was put back perfectly it was New Construction type install 100% happy with installation and Quality of materials
All interactions with the company were timely and comprehensive from the initial consultation to the completed product. ********** delivered a high quality installation. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He explained, answered questions, and reviewed the shower installation clearly. This was our second time using the company.
