The people at NewPro especially ************************* were really excellent and listen to our ideas and concerns they were really good at keeping us in formed as to the progress of the time line when they would start the project
This is a very good company. Tried 7 other companies not one tried to find credit for me. I am so glad I chose this company. **** checked to see if I was satisfied with the way the work was going, I was able to talk to him when I wanted info on something. He came out to check on the work crew, making sure I was satisfied and believe me I was. I was able to see pictures of the completed roof. If I had to do it over again I would have gone with them first rather than try another. ********************************
I am disappointed by the quality of the walk-in shower *********************** problems. It costs $14,000& is cheaply made. We had to contact them to finish the project toi.My Mom is an elderly woman & needed an alternative to her tub. We contacted NewPro & sadly regret this decision & overpriced purchase! Its been a little over 2 years & have had to have the shower snaked 2x& recaulked & the shower pan coating is coming off( their ******* said its dead skin! Lol). ***************** arrived just before noon for a **** window and got the work done beautifully and quickly opening up the rest of my day. Im thrilled with how the bathroom looks. Wish I had called sooner.
Just completed our second bathroom Reno with Newpro. Both times they were professional on time and cleaned up before leaving. Friendly staff from consult to install. ********** Did an amazing job!
**** was awesome, polite and professional. He repaired my broken crank on my picture window that ***** worked in years. So happy with **** from Newpro
New pro was my worst experience ever, cancel the installation 13 minutes before the installation day. They replaced my bay window with a very small size, and they haven't and won't fix it, it's very hard to get in touch with them, the only way they answer the phone is if you call as a new customer. I will have to pay for a window that I do not want to .
We called new pro very happy with the job they done on our window and siding cant wait to see our new tub shower done next any more job to have done called new pro
