We called newpro to have a service done on a shelf. ******************* came and was able to fix the shelf.
Although we couldnt have the bath mat installed ******************* was great!
I found Newpro to be very personable and thorough. The follow-up adjustment was timely. The tech we had, *****, was great. Our experience as a whole was good. The initial install was slow in coming but but again communication was good and all the workers were good to work with.
Had to get a replacement header due to corrosion on the one installed last year. ***************** came, was quick and professional, excellenbt service!! ***********************

Newpro installed a new tub and surround. My Design Comsultant was ***************************** who was a big help with picking out what I wanted. Then we have ******************************* who did the amazing installation. He did a wonderful job. Arrived on time and cleaned up when he left. Absolutely love my new bath. I highly recommend Newpro.
This review and rating are for a post-installation service call. I had a tub-to-shower conversion done by NewPro in March.******************* came to fix a loose plate behind the shower on/off handle. He also reinforced a small section of caulking around my new walk-in shower.He was very competent, knew what he was doing, pleasant and very positive.
