I couldn't be happier with my tub to shower conversion. All the people over the 3 days of the conversion were great. It took a little longer to get started but it was worth the wait. *************************** did the final day by himself and did an excellent job addressing any questions I had.

************** Was an excellent service technician. He did a great job solving my issues, even after taking a few visits to solve it, (not his fault). However, overall very disappointed with the product and customer support. Paid a lot for the shower remodel and not terribly impressed. Took a long time to resolve my issues, and hopefully all set now.

I would absolutely use NEWPRO again. Everyone from **** coming out for our initial design plan to Rod coming to install our new bathtub was amazing. They really care about their customers and make sure you are happy with their product. They were very communicative from after the initial visit all the way through the completion of the project!!

From the beginning to the end of my project, it was completely professional. The installer was neat, clean, precise, pleasant and efficient. My bathroom now looks like a resort. I went from a 40 year old tub to a beautiful walk in kitchen. I highly recommend a new pro.
