**** was able to review and correct the installation process by swapping a right hand tub drain to a left hand tub drain for the next day. This needed to be done due to the existing floor joist and plumbing pipes in the floor/basement. His team had 2 days to complete the installation and he made it happen. I'm happy with the installation in our new/under construction log home.
While the first installation crew left the bottom portion of the new sliding door they installed with a high piece of bottom trim that created a 90 degree angle that was high off of the floor, NEWPRO was responsive in sending out a technician who quickly identified the issue and replaced the bottom of the trim with a piece flush to the floor. He was quick, friendly and super helpful in making the change. Appreciate it, ******!

The scheduling, and installation went well. The finished job is almost perfect. There was no finishing piece to cover the raw edge on one side of the shower which looks ragged and unfinished. *** was wonderful to work with and considerate but did need two days to finish the job. There was some hard debris left behind the bathroom door. The shower doors are beautiful and glide very smoothly. The shower provides easy access and the security my husband needs.It is beautiful. A piece of the bonzai shower system had broken. A very small plastic hand shower holder. It wasn't enough to have a technician come to the house. I knew I just needed a replacement and could s**** it back on myself. I called ***** from Newpro to help me. She was able to make it work. I provided the diagram of my need and a picture of the broken piece. I don't have it yet as Newpro stated they would send in the mail. No wasted time and resources for both parties. Thank you **** and ***************** NewPro windows are over 35 yrs old. Needed few repairs and glass replacement. All in a day's work, **** and ******* have 23 windows looking brand new. Windows washed and dust cleaned. I can't be any happier with these gentlemen work ethics and willingness to answer any of my questions.
