We had doors, roof, windows and siding replaced, and it was all great. On time, good communication, no surprises. Very friendly, hard-working and always kept their word.Recently needed touch-up paint to fix a ding we made in door. They happily sent over a guy with the package, who arrived exactly when promised and cheerfully dropped off the paint. Shout out to him, ** ******. And thanks to *** for sending him out!Maybe a little pricey but definitely worth it.

We bought a storm door from them. Recently the screen ripped and the door doesnt close tightly so we called as it was under warranty. They cancelled our appointment twice. The first time I had been waiting at home when they called to cancel during the window. Then they called to cancel the next appointment the day before. When it takes 3 weeks to schedule a new appointment and Im blocking time for this, its poor customer service.

****** gutted our 1958 tub and tile and replaced with beautiful walk in shower. He was at our home promptly if not early and worked non stop for hours. He is a super nice guy who seemed very meticulous with his work. We are very pleased with the work he did.

I cant say enough about your repairman *****. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Didnt take him long he put new weather stripping and balusters. I cant believe I waited years before I called to get this done. New pro windows are the best. My windows are 40 years old and still look great! Thank you!

Completely dissatisfied with the quality of work, timeframe for completion and deceptive practices. Project took several months to complete, which shouldve been three days and along the way continual issues with product and service. Complete lack of customer service.

***** was awesome! He installed the new bathroom floor/ walk in shower / vanity with care and professionalism. He went above and beyond what I expected. He cleaned up everything before he left. The bathroom looks beautiful. I would highly recommend ***** and Newpro .
