New Pro came out to recaulk my bathtub/ shower that they installed 5 years ago. The technician ** ****** did a flawless job. He also was very professional, prompt and had excellent attention to detail. The process of setting up the appointment went well smoothly. Thank you New Pro and ** ******.
Newpro did a wonderful job on our new picture window. A special shout out goes out to **** who installed our new window. He was there from 7:45am til 9:00pm he installed the window and cleaned up extremely well. **** was an extremely nice person and if anyone gets him to install your windows just know you are in good hands! Great work ****!
***** * and ***** the plumber came to our home on Tuesday and finished on Wednesday. They both worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves, and protected my home from any damages. We are very happy with the finished job. Thank you so much for their hard work and professionalism. I will heartily recommend your company for renovations.

NewPro bought out Remodel USA in 2025.June 2025, I sent NewPro the requested photos of the unfinished work in my home, and since then, Ive followed up multiple timesby phone, email, and text. **** *. from NEWPRO just finished installing a walk in shower for me. There aren't enough superlatives to describe the beyond excellent service he provided. Personable, professional, reliable, meticulous... the list could go on. The shower is gorgeous and the guarantees are solid. For me, a big selling point for NEWPRO is everything is done in house with no outside contractors. They even have their own repair teams should you ever need one. Everyone i dealt with was super knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended!
