Excelente atención, la amabilidad de su gente excepcional, dominan excelente el idioma su atención es en Inglés y Español, lindas instalaciones muelle, bar, piscinas, y playa 😎
Heureusement que quelques employés hawaïens maîtrisent le français quand on ne parle pas couramment anglais . Ensemble un peu "fatigué " mais propre et confortable. Le plus : proximité immédiate de la mer.
Vengo a descansar y lo logró habitaciones limpias y ante todo la atención muy buena
Me gustó la amabilidad de su personal si hablan español y tratan muy bien a los huéspedes yo lo recomiendo ampliamente.
La e pasado muy bien espero que mejoren en los precios de el bar de la piscina
The rooms were outdated but other than that it was ok
I had a great time at this hotel. The lobby decor is beautiful.The whole check in, check out process went without a hitch. All staff was friendly. My room was just as i expected. Neat and tidy, with a Partial ocean view which is absolutely beautiful. Cleaning staff present daily, although i did not use them until checkout. Staff was friendly. I was sad to leave, but plan to return in the near future.
This was my third time staying here and my LAST. It took 3 room changes to get a "decent" room and the issues with them included no A/C, leaking shower, horrible view of a rooftop with a wheelchair bathroom which we did not ask for. To top it off, my wife walked out of the elevator and one of the staff tried to walk in before we were off and almost bumped into her. Instead of apologizing, he looked right at her and told her to watch where she was going....TWICE.
Service with a smile from every area. Clean, good food and good fun. Child and family friendly however if you want a good time as adults there was plenty of room for that as well. Lots of room on the beach. We would go definitely go back.
