Short but amazing stay. Staff is fantastic. Kitchen 305 was awesome. Robert was great server. Vladimir came by to speak to me and made me feel super special. Then met catering manager Pamela. Came for business. Pray I can return for pleasure!

It was nice except for the cleaning staff forgot our towels and toilet paper one day. �
Had a relaxing five days! The bartenders at the pool bar were very friendly and happy to serve us! The rooms were very clean. The flatbread pizzas at Restaurant 305 were delicious!! Beach was beautiful!
I want you to know that yesterday I visited a friend there and valet park my car. When we left, after the valet confirmed the name and room, I paid the $10 dollars. When the other person came to drop the car I gave him the receipt. Now my friend exited the hotel and was charged the $10 again. My friend called me to get the ticket # which I can't provide as I gave it to the person that brought the car. So, what is wrong with this picture? Is there a chance you have a thief working for you?
