I have never bedded Down there for the night, but had dinner there Wednesday, it was awful, I was given spoil fish ,, a 35$ plate, my Fiancé like yo go there for Lobster feast,, I ordered the Snapper,,, it was not fresh ,,, so be aware and they didn't honor it,, only took 7$ off the bill will not return we will stick with GG's,, This place is headed for a law suit!!!

I am not sure what the other reviews are referring to. There is some wait for the elevators, but my room had an amazing view, the balcony was relaxing, and the beach and pool were great. Our meal at Kitchen 305 was delightful. All you can eat lobster Wednesday is a must. the staff works hard every morning to reset the pool and beach from the day before. La verdad que si tuviera que recomendar este ańo el hotel no lo aria fue miy mala la experiencia un mal cervicio pagas por alho y llegas y te entregan otra cosa no hay divercion ni para los nińos la verdad que me fuy muy desepcionada
Muy abandonado, dicen tener yacuzi , func iona, no hay Wi- Fi en las abitaciones no tienen cafetera etc. No volvería ni recomendda pm
Awful Besides the customer service at the front desk and the staff for the cabanas and pool! Check in was at 4. We missed reservation for dinne and didn't get into our room until 7:00! 3 hours after check in. Had my bags stored waiting for check in and a brand new bag full of toiletries etc I had just bought on our way there went missing. No one could help us with that. Except to validate the parking.
