Great hotel no complaints but a tad outdated but for the price not a bad choice.
Hotel péssimo! Fiquei 3 dias no hotel. Pedi as camareiras um edredom para minha filha dormir no sofá duro e ela dormiu a noite sem. Piscina do hotel suja, sem guarda-sol. O cartão magnético deu problema 2x, além de entregar o cartão, pedem os 4 últimos numeros do cartão de crédito e o passaporte, como chego com minha filha e meu marido vai estacionar o carro do outro lado da rua, fico sem documentos e me impediram de entrar no quarto. Um absurdo! Jamais ficaria novamente neste hotel.
Para mi familia y para mi me resulta exelente llevo visitando ese hotel desde hace más de 15 años..la limpieza es muy buena...sigan asi y mis felicitaciones...
Everything was great except when we went to check out there was not enough help. Both myself and my family had to wait over an hour before we gave up and just carried our bags down ourselves. This was after being told repeatedly it would be five minutes for a porter to get to our room.
This place suck, uber expensive and other than Grace at Coconuts poolside the customer service sucks!
Great location staff helpful Right on beach
Was given a nasty room! Had to demand a new one desk associate didn't believe us and had to send someone to check. The luggage never got to the room as promised. Restaurant on site way overpriced! 25$ pp price tag?? Crazy.
