I don't really know why people give this hotel ones on the reviews. My fiancé and are are staying here as we speak and we've had absolutely no issues at all. The service is great the view is superb and the rooms may be a little outdated but they were spotless when we arrived. I guess some people just have their noses too high in the air to enjoy something. 4/5 would definitely stay again.
Lo unico que quieren es venderte su paquete de vacaciones. El resto no les interesa. Te hacen el verso durante 2 horas y cuando dices que no te interesa compralo. no te solucionan nada del problema que tuvimos. Nunca mas!

We love this place so much! All of the staff are super friendly! We had an issue with our door not wanting to lock and they jumped right on getting it fixed when we told them about it. Will definitely be back in the future!!
I reserved a weekend here so i could propose. It went beyond my expectations. I had the concierge decorate our room before we checked in to surprise my lady. They did everything the way i asked. Then the following night the consierge connected me with the hotels restaurant to reserve a private table on the beach under a cabana for a private dinner. They helped me in everyway to set up the up just right. We would definitely book there again.
