This was the worst experience ever fyi this was are anniversary trip , 1 there where so many hidden fees we where not told about took over 45 mins to check in. When we get there we find out we only have 1 day to use the pool because it's gonna be down, are room a.c. didn't work there where told everyday and did nothing , we had to ask for for towels every morning beds never made , are last night power goes out 3am and fire arlam starts going off 2 on are 9th floor which we are on. I don't understand why if I were given a "clean" room there was pee on the toilet seat. They moved me to another room with balcony. But the A/C was leaking on my head and in the entrance. They came to "fix it" but instead the left a towel in the middle of the room and of course I had to sleep one more night with a drop hitting my pillow. They didn't do any arrangements and instead they charged me taxes and fees...
Beautiful beach, pool and amazing pier, where you can sit and even clean the fish � you catch. Plus the all you can eat Lobster was amazing!!
The only bad thing was, the pool was closed for 3 days, and it was my birthday weekend, other than that, I love Newport Beach Hotel.. I've been renting there all my life..
One of my fav places and beaches, plus Kitchen 305 is just awesome !
Great place...... Enjoyed my stay... I would definitely recommend it to anyone vacationing in Miami..
Awful!! Never again! Staff is rude. Resort needs to be renovated. Just not up to par. Wrote a long review in yelp. Dont have the energy for this dump of a resort. If 0 starts was an option, I would choose that.
Unfortunately my family and I had a very poor experience at this hotel during our stay for 4th of July. We had a previous unpleasant experience during our stay in march however gave it another shot and totally regret it. The staff in general is unpleasant and as unprofessional as can be, starting with the front desk, to the pool area staff and security. We were treated poorly and the staff is extremely unaccomadating even within there own mistakes. We have a 4 day reservation for the end of this month and I am canceling it. ... read more
I did not like it the worst time that I had my daughter was staying there and first of all they overcharged me Vale parking they charge one of my daughters $25 for the day and they charged me $30 security was very unfriendly service the only service good was at the tiki hut at the bar other than that the rooms were horrible do not rent there on the phone there one person the lobby looks great but when you walk into the rooms they're the worst rooms ever should have rented at Doubletree could not take a cooler to the beach or... read more
