This would’ve been an easy four star review had it not been the unfortunate circumstances of being booked by the banquet room on the third floor. It was so loud throughout the night it was almost laughable, unfortunately my humor was gone because I was so tired from not being able to sleep. The front desk was empathetic to my situation and recommended I call a manager, however upon being transferred, my message was never returned. The outdoor front and Lobby beautiful, then you get off the elevators, and your back into the 70's. Stained carpets in the halls, beat up chair rails, needs paint, couch was a 70's reject with stains, and had to go to 5 yes count them 5 floors that had a ice machine that worked.
I went to a wedding here way back in 2013. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend them. Plus you are not far from a place to grad a bite on the pier.
Hay cosas para corregir y mejorar pero en siiiiii la pasé súper bien me gustó prácticamente todo el personal en general es fabuloso el hotel pileta playa muy bueno lo único q al bañarme siempre se inundaba el baño habría q ver otro tipo de cortina de baño súper recomendable este hotel!!!

The food in 305 restaurant was fine, but the bill was unexpected, they charged me a 18% for gratitude, in a dinner of 96.oo and Tuesday is a one meal free but the guy decide last time not because we had a 100 dollar gift card. First he told me YES but in the end they charged more just because. Carefully with that you never know who's in there!
