My friends and I come to this resort every year and we always have pleasant stay until now. When we arrived we were put in a "traditional room" as we were told. The sofa was old had a nice size hole in it and looked like they picked it up from the side of the road.There is clearly a difference between traditional and trash. Carpet was nasty as well. Some one used the toilet before we checked in the room and didn't flush it and to top things off the plumbing backed up into the bathtub while my friend was in the shower. Just u... read more
I waited for more than 2 hours for getting my room... check in time was 4 pm and I got it at 6.30 pm. Poor coordination and management.
