Buena atención de los empleados, Sabina en especial., limpio, cómodo, con playa propia. Pocas reposeras en la piscina, la habitación estaba lista y completa,. Ubicación especial cerca de los mall, del supermercado, y otras tiendas. Vuelvo!!

Pésima atención, el último día entró una señora de servicio al cuarto a las 8.30 am nos despertó diciendo que teníamos que dejar el hotel a las 11am, le dijimos que se vaya y seguía adentro de la habitación y gritaban. Cuando nos fuimos nos cobraron los cargos de servicio dos veces. Tengo un cargo por 84 dólares y otro por 150 y no nos reconocen el doble cargo. No responden los correos una vergüenza. PARA NADA RECOMENDABLE. mala atención, viejo, desorganizado.. UN DESASTRE.
The staff was incredibly nice. I had the opportunity to meet the general manager (Denise Haddad) her and the rest of her staff went out of their way to make sure my wife and I experience was great!! There was several restaurants on-site with great food. The concierge was able to accommodate my wife and I with EVERYTHING we needed ☆☆☆☆☆ ALL THE WAY. #lovedit
This has to be the worst hotel I stayed in. I travel all the time and I am so upset my experience!! The people at the counter are rude and the room we stayed in was horrible! The housekeeping never changed the sheets just remade the bed or made them with dirty sheets. I have an eight month infant and we had to find another place to sleep. The rooms are disgusting and to top it off I'm itching after the first night. Lord I will never return.

Currently staying in this rundown block! What a nasty place. I’ve staying in better 2*s in Cuba and they have an embargo in place. What’s this hotels excuse for the disrepair? 1, the rooms look like something from your grans house. The website says it had been updated... erm yeah about 60 years ago or using the worst interior designers in all of Miami. There’s a huge breeze block hole in the wall on my floor. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me to and convinced my job to give me free vacation time. Don’t pay to stay in the tiki huts, because they let homeless people stay in them for free. I’ve taken the stairs almost all week because their elevators don’t work. The staff are rude and do not care about any of the concerns you might have. They have drink specials, but you almost have to beat it out of their staff to tell you about them.
