RecommendedAfter reading some of the reviews, I was a little nervous to stay here. We took a chance and we did have a great time. The rooms did need updating, but our room was cleaned daily. We didn’t have any issues with the staff being rude like most bad reviews say. We did have an issue one time with the elevator not going down but we were able to press the open button and get out with no problem. 1 STAR Toilet would not flush there was no water in the tank, jacuzzi tub was clogged filling the tub with water while trying to shower, heat was blowing cool air on 80 degrees and above. Complimentary fruit infused water was it. Elevator stopped with us in it we had to force the doors open. Stained carpet in room and hallways no camera surveillance for safety and the parking fees run from 22-28 dollars per day. Don’t waste your time here unless you see them knock this structure down and rebuild it from the ground up.
they should shut down and do a intensive, extreme remodel. toilet not working properly, tv would not shut off i had to unplug it, bathtub was clogged up, stains on rug, top that off elevator got stuck i had to open with my hands, vent in bathroom was not working. the heat didn't work at all. at it was cold as a MF, no extra blankets. no free coffee or breakfast or anything for that matter. no free hbo or any premium cable TV.
