Room not ready on time. Bags a joke and several employees lied. Had to threaten with call to police and get my own bags 1.5hrs later, after giving tip when took bags. Took manager to even get a room. Disgusting, old, never saw fresh paint. Nasty workers everywhere. Claim the busy but lost bag ticket? Only had 12 bags in the room? Phone broken and Inop in room also. This within first 2 hrs, want refund and stay elsewhere.
