Love the Spa and outdoor staff. Excellent service from the following: Gigi, Maria, Mila, and Kristi at the Spa. Julian the Valet. Sabina, David, and Samuel on the beach/pool deck. Grace and Gene that wait on the cabanas. Always a great Spa/Beach Day. Please buy new thicker chair pads for the cabanas !!!
I forgot my wallet in the glovebox when I valet my car. The wallet is stolen. Your valet parking guys are thieves, morons and criminals!!
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff was so rude. Emailed the manager and never got a response. what kind of hotel are you guys running?
I am schedule to stay here 2 nights but I will be leaving tomorrow and filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau. For 2 hours we have waited for blankets to arrive and they won’t arrive, my husband went to complain downstairs and nobody will help him. They say there is nobody in housekeeping. This is a nightmare!
