It was the worst experience ever I will never ever stay here again rooms were horrible the front desk people had attitudes definitely no type of customer service.. extra charges and it was just miserable.. I had a broken toe and let them know a whole week in advance and they still wouldn’t let me cancel and then to drive 8 hours to that experience was just the worst ever...
Our FAVORITE Resot ever. I just with the Price was a little chipper. But I guess different season different price. Still our favorite Resort.
It's an affordable hotel by the ocean. The lobby is nice. They have several pools and a spa. The personnel was professional and the location is fantastic. However the Kitchen 305 is absolutely horrible and our hotel bathroom had hair all over it. They could do a little better housekeeping. But the price was right. I would stay here again.

Very deceiving pictures. Hotel is nothing like it is on the website. We asked for renovated rooms and did not get put in one. Called the front desk for an extra blanket because the pull out couch did not have one and they never brought us one. I had to go down after being ready for bed and grab one. Elevators are awful. They don’t work half the time. I would not stay here again. Extremely disappointed in the stay.
