Check-in at 4 PM, room not available at this time. Waiting with two kids and two elderly for a room, after traveling for almost 4 hours. Haven’t check-in yet, will never come back again.
Hotel was dated, yes but service was amazing and beautiful beach. And no they don't charge to walk on the pier. Great walk for the kids and the bartenders were fun and very informative. Out family loved it! Can't expect perfection when you are on the beach.
This is just any amazing place family environment quiet I must definitely say we will be renting again very soon
We requested a room with a balcony or a view to the pool or beach. We didn’t get either a room outdated lookin at building they call it city View 😂joke. When it came time to make the pull out bed no sheets, pillows or blankets I call downstairs for the items four times no one came or call to apologize for not bring anything to our room. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great place! Pier was free, not sure why someone thought you had to pay. Beach is great, very clean. Pool is wonderful. Room was quiet, very clean. Divided room was great. Valet parking was well done. Staff were friendly. I'd stay again.
ESPANTOSO!! Una suite con 2 habitaciones una de ellas sin ventanas. Sucio mal mantenido. No funcionaba nada ni siquiera los ascensores!
Tendrían que organizarse mejor con el tema del estacionamiento de los autos y lo qué quedan en la entrada del hotel. Cuando llegué me bajé la valija sola, nadie vino a ayudar ni a llevarla a la habitación. La mejor atención la obtuve de Cristian que atiende en el checkin y de el encargado de la mañana del parking.
La atención es pésima el aseo de la habitación lo hacían a las 4 de la tarde incluso a mi hija un día no lo hicieron ,No lo recomiendo
