Nice location with a beautiful beach, but Parking was an extra charge, it was 20 dollars extra a day plus extra 5 a day for valet, did not expect that. Did not like the poor internet availability, sometimes it worked and sometimes didn't. Lobby was overcrowded. Room was Sun par, toilet kept running all night long, tub didn't work and didn't switch room for an extra day. No one answered phone if needed anything at front desk. I'll choose another place to stay next time.
Beautiful property...beautiful BEACH...Beautiful city. I would definitely recommend and I will certainly be going back.
Absolutely amazing views, wonderful staff, although the room didn't have great lighting and we had a few problems in our room I definitely recommend it

Love it went there for my birthday weekend, from cail. And just loved it so much.
The check in process was extremely slow. Calling for bags to be delivers to room and there was no answer just ringing for 3 minutes. Staff was giving each other cart rides on luggage racks. Dinner in restaurant was good all you can eat lobster night is fast and delicious. Room was amazing view. Tv remote didn't work and yet another call with just rings on the other end.
Room was decent. Carpeting in hallway needs replacing. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Disappointed the hotel doesn't have a shuttle to shopping and sites, they suggest the transit system which is daunting if you've not ridden buses before. Saw the only way to park here if you have a car is valet. Pretty steep charge if you're here for a week.
Booked for a weekend, the room we had was nice, but it ended there. Everything was super overpriced, seeing as how the weather got very cold when we arrived, we asked for a blanket. 4 times. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 630 am and I was woken up by the sound of a vacuum in the room next to us at 6am. It's super busy, I doubt we will be back.
The view is spectacular!!! The staff are really nice, the room at 11th floor was very clean, the cafeteria has a great view near to the pool. Very nice ambience! I hope to go back soon. I loved it and recommend it!
