We had a few issues, overall good stay! I feel like we should have been closer to beach for what we paid a night, 2 of the TV's we had issues with, a bath tub that was not draining, when they sent someone out next day we were not notified to my knowledge at the time, and were not there when workers arrived, but showed up before they left, we didn't like just coming in to people in the house and all our stuff out, once I arrived home and checked my email they had emailed me to let me know someone was coming. Best vacation rentals, Real Estate, and Homeowners Association all in one building. No need to look anywhere else!
I do not have another property to compare it to but I will certainly do some comparison shopping next time we go to Florida. It was only a 3 night stay but not overly impressed with cleanliness of our cottage...noticed roaches on the last evening of our stay.
