We stayed at the Twin Palms of Avalon last year! The house just a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room, lots of spare towels, TVs in every room, great wifi, outdoor shower, a grill. It was just perfect! This year we've booked the Emerald Beach House. I get excited everytime I see the pictures! Can't wait!
We stayed at Bella Riva Condo #308, very nice place, beds slept good & great view. But air conditioning doesn't work very good (was HOT inside all week), ice maker doesn't make ice, one of the bedrooms has NO CLOSEST. Bar chairs - be careful - not very stable & Washing machine - stops after each cycle - you have to reset and pick the next cycle (took forever to do laundry). We enjoyed Chateau La Mer 1204. We enjoyed the free activities that came with the rental as well. Many good times and many family memories made. We will be returning visitors. Thank you so much for the hospitality.
We loved the condo we got. It was better than what we expected, we also loved that they had our room ready for early check in. We will be renting with Newman-Dailey Resort again �
