I would not recommend this company at all. We had a long term rental property and they managed it horribly. We could not communicate with them, they were never available and they flat out lied to us. When we were trying to communicate with them they would not return calls, would not respond to emails and when I stopped in to confront them I saw who I needed to talk to and the woman at the front told me she was not there that day. It was our second time at NDR and it was wonderful! Clean, convenient and wonderful!! We love that the beach area is not overwhelmed with people. It comfortable!! We can’t wait to come back!
We recently stayed in a beautiful house in Destin Florida. The house was a block from the beach. The kids, my sisters in laws and my husband and I loved it. It was easy to book. I was surprised that they had so many other properties but everything was booked for the 4th of July. We will definitely go back to Destin Florida. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Summerhouse 23. It is in a quiet location with privacy and very little traffic. The townhouse was immaculately clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the beautiful pool and appreciated the water toys that were available for us to use. Summerhouse 23 was the perfect place for my family and I to experience our beach vacation. Thank you!
Stayed at Under the Tuscan Sun. Fantastic place and great location. We had everything we needed to accommodate our family. We even had a little hiccup late one night and we were able to reach someone immediately. Very caring and professional.
I purchased expensive travel insurance and was not refunded a dime or offered a different week in spite of a state of emergency being declared by the Governor of Florida for fear of loss of life and property. I would NEVER suggest booking through this company. If you do, don't buy the insurance. It's a giant waste of money.
Excellent property again!!! We had a wonderdul time, beautiful, clean property and wonderful amenities!!! We have been coming for over 10 years now and always look forward to coming back!!! The only downside is...when your vacation is over :)
