Stayed at Summer Breeze 304 and have zero complaints! Beautiful view and was everything the website showed it was!

Best rental company on the Emerald Coast. They go above and beyond the normal in every situation we've encountered. You can't find nicer people in the rental business and if you have a problem it's immediately taken care of. We will continue to rent from Newman-Dailey year after year with great confidence.
Several years ago my family of four and another family of three rented Sun Kissed Cottage. It was less than 1 block to the beach. The cottage was clean, bright, and well appointed with a great kitchen and a clean and well maintained pool. We all had a memorable time. The Newman -Dailey management could not have been more accommodating or professional. We will be back.
