We stayed at sandy starfish in Destin .This house was cute but air conditioner was terrible and the Refrigerator leaked and didn’t cool . We had a heck of a time Getting anyone to look at anything . They finally sent someone out for ac and he said the unit was working fine Just too small for the house . When you pay almost 1,000 a day to rent a house and it doesn’t get lower than 78 degrees in the house- that’s a bummer . The refrigerator leaked daily all over the floor and never got cool enough. I have yet to visit but it has been the best customer service I have ever dealt with. with all of these confusing and stressful times their customer service center has kept me calm and in the loop every step of the way! Every time i call they are so polite and calm and have shown me the best form of customer service I have ever experienced. I can't wait to visit. I will definitely post after we experience, what I already know, will be the best vacation experience ever!!!! thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!❤️❤️❤️

I am currently trying to cancel my rental due to the outbreak of the Corona virus. The website of home away says it is urging property owners to give the money back with a cancellation due to this. They are not complying with what the website says to do. The government is strongly suggesting us to practice social distancing to stop the spread of this virus. I expect Newman Daily to get back with me with the proper response ASAP. Currently they're holding up $950 of my money which is very upsetting. The airport I need to rent... read more
